How to Use


This course is designed with 7 new guided mediations to try each week and 5 bonus meditations to repeat as you choose through out each week.

Pick and choose the meditations you like and use them as often as you like.

Choose a time of day that works best to try them out. I suggest first thing in the morning before getting out of bed or last thing at night while in bed after turning out the lights.

Pop in your headphones, listen and enjoy.

If you fall asleep that is ok. You needed sleep more than you needed to meditate.
